1. About Us
These terms and conditions govern your use of the AIB Drylining Ltd website and any services provided by us. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. AIB Drylining Ltd is a registered drylining contractor operating across Ireland.
2. Services
AIB Drylining Ltd provides drylining, plastering, and related construction services including: • House extensions • Attic conversions • Plasterboard wall and ceiling fitting • Skimming and inside finishing • Commercial fit-outs All work is carried out by qualified and experienced tradespeople.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing if site conditions differ materially from those described.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work and outlined in the formal quote or contract. Invoices are due on the agreed date. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work where payment is overdue.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for: • Ensuring safe and clear access to the work area • Providing accurate information about the project • Obtaining any necessary planning permissions or consents • Ensuring utilities are safely isolated where required Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and costs.
6. Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any defects in workmanship reported within 12 months of completion will be rectified at no charge, provided the issue is not caused by third-party interference, misuse, or structural movement. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Liability
AIB Drylining Ltd holds public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for any claim arising from our work. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, third-party damage, or consequential losses.
8. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the agreed start date may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover mobilisation costs and lost bookings.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of AIB Drylining Ltd. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
